Group Administrator
You manage a school, district, or organization paying for multiple coaches. Apply first — WSCA staff reviews within 24–48 hours.
Apply for a group accountCoach in a Group
Your group pays for your membership. Register through your group's page and your card is delivered once your administrator creates an invoice.
Find your groupDigital Membership Cards
Every membership card is delivered by email once your membership is paid in full — both as a PDF and as a mobile-friendly link you can pull up on any phone. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your SPAM folder.
Retrieve my cardWIAA Complimentary State Championship Pass
WIAA-qualified coaches with a paid WSCA membership receive a complimentary state championship pass by email — valid for the entire 2025–2026 season.
